I use the product several times a day.
You need to open the lid. Then turn the end of the handle clockwise and the gel will be squeezed out. Then I apply it evenly to my teeth, using the same brush on one of the ends of the handle. I leave it for 10-20 minutes and then rinse it with clean water. It is recommended to continue using it for more than 1 week to achieve better results.
